Free Spirits LIVE 4 March 2026!
Calling All L&D Free Spirits – Ready for This?
It’s not your average L&D event. Free Spirits Live is a one-day meet-up made by freelancers, for freelancers, with zero corporate fluff.
No AI notetakers. No recordings. No “death by PowerPoint”. Just real humans, live in the room, talking about what it actually takes to thrive as an independent in L&D.
Whether you’ve been doing this forever, just taken the leap, or are plotting your escape from employment, this is your space to swap ideas, share war stories, and leave with tips that actually stick.
The day mixes bite-sized talks, practical skill sessions, and space to breathe, reflect, and connect with people who just get it. You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a notebook full of things worth trying.
Canva Wins at the Ready
I’m delighted to be delivering a 30-minute Canva Skills Lab at L&D Free Spirits Live after lunch. This fast, practical session is all about real Canva and the topic is voted on by the delegates!
If we haven’t met, I’m Thea Newcomb, one of only two Canva Verified Experts in the UK. Translation: I live and breathe Canva so you don’t have to. I’ll be around all day for design questions, quick tips, or just a good chinwag.
Enter to win a FREE ticket here. (Entries must be in by 13 Feb at noon UK. Winner will be emailed by 16 Feb)
